- A non-refundable admission fee has to be paid by all the new admission seekers.
- Full year admission and tuition fee is applicable for any admission seeker, irrespective of any date of admission in mid-section.
- Fee has to be paid as per the installment schedule given at the time of admission. As an option, fee can also be paid quarterly. Monthly fee has to be paid by 10th of every month. It can be paid by 30th of the same month with a late fee of Rs. 2.00 per day. But if the fee is not paid by the 10th of next month, the student may be stopped to attend the classes. The name of the student will be struck off from register on non payment of the fee for period of 60 days. A re-registartion fee of Rs. 500.00 shall be charged in addition to payment of balance amount for reinstating the student to the school.
- Fee once paid in any head shall not be refundable.
- All fee related to examination, eligibility or any academic or cultural event has to be paid separately.
- Cheque facility is given only on quarterly payment plan. In case a cheque is dishonored, the facility is automatically cancelled and a fine of Rs. 200.oo will be charged.
- In monthly payment facility, the fee has to be paid in cash strictly.
- All fee must be fully paid before a student is admittied for any examination.
- If a student opts for an additional or optional subject at the Senior Secondary Level, he/she has to pay an additional amount fixed by the school. This shall be informed to such students separately. For the students of Class XI subjects once opted will not be changed. A fee of Rs. 500.00 has to be apid to change the student subject, for once, within one month of the beginning of the session.
- Compartment Examination fee is payable separately.
- Caution Money, Annual Function Participation fee, Science fee, School Magazine fee, ID Card fee, group photograph fee and picnic/outing fee are payable separately.
- the examination fee of Dance and Instrumental Music is payable separately.
- Breakage of the school property has to be compensated separately by the student concerned or by the student concerned or by the class responsible for it.
- No concession in the fee shall be offered to any parent, other than that mentioned in the fee schedule. Kindly do not approach the management in this regard.
- timing for payment shall be 9.00 A.M. to 1.00 P.M. from Monday to Friday and 9.00 A.M. to 12.00 Noon on Saturday.
- School fee can be increased time to time without any prior notice according to the financial condition of the institution. No question or arguments will be entertained in this respect.
