- The Final Assessment of a student for promotion shall be decided on his/her Annual Record based on marks scored in all examinations.
- In classes I to VIII promotion shall be decided on marks scored in Continuous Comprehensive Examination. The examination will be held on weekly pattern along with Half Yearly and Annual Examinations. Final result shall be calculated on the basis of cumulative marks and the proportionate grades allotted to the student.
- Absence from any examination shall be entirely at the risk of a total loss of marks.
- In the elective subjects passing in both Theory and Practical is compulsory.
- A chance for appearing in the Compartment Examination may be granted in classes IX and XI as per the provisions of the Education Board.
- It is compulsory to appear for all examinations to be permitted for appearing in the Final Examination.
- A student must attain a minimum of 75% of the attendance during the academic session.
- Students who fail twice in the same class or three times during their school career shall have to discontinue their studies in this school.
- Promotions are decided by a committee; hence their decision is final and will not be changed.
